Returns and Exchanges

Bags and accessories are returnable for exchange or boutique credit. Bags ordered in custom colors are final sale. Please consider this when making your selection and remember that every skin is slightly different, adding even more originality.

Please note: Custom made items from the LA factory take 2-4 weeks.

Fine Jewelry is returnable for exchange or boutique credit within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn with tags still attached. Custom pieces are Final Sale. Please email us at Info@colylosangeles.com before returning for a return authorization code.
